Hocera CoCr Metal Blank Disc
High-Strength Cobalt-Chrome Discs for Precision CAD/CAM Restorations
Introduction
The Hocera CoCr Metal Blank Disc is a premium cobalt-chrome CAD/CAM solution designed for high-precision fabrication of crowns, bridges, implant bars, and porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations. Engineered with a medical-grade CoCr alloy formula, these discs provide exceptional corrosion resistance, stable porcelain bonding, and long-term intraoral durability.
With an optimized composition—Co 61%, Cr 26%, Mo 5%, W 6.5%—Hocera CoCr blanks deliver a tensile strength ≥560 MPa, elongation of 7%, and a uniform micro-grain matrix ideal for detailed milling. Manufactured with strict density controls, every disc offers a clean internal structure that supports smooth machining, precise marginal integrity, and superior ceramic layering.
Available in 98 mm diameter and 10–25 mm thickness, these discs seamlessly integrate into open CAD/CAM workflows, supporting systems from Roland、VHF、Amann Girrbach、Sirona 等。
Strong milling performance. Clean surface quality. Excellent porcelain fusion. Hocera CoCr delivers consistent results for the modern dental laboratory.
Key Features
